Plasterer Care

Plasterer Care was started in 2014 and involves every employee in the company. Simply put, it is the extra processes and procedures put in place "behind the scenes" to add meaning to the words "we care". Critical maintenance and wear items are cataloged electronically with the "birth" of every inventory stock number. We call this document our "birth certificate". By documenting and recording this information into our business system, it assures our parts and service departments will have the necessary information at their fingertips when customers call for support after the sale. All of this information will be delivered to the customer at the point of sale on an USB flash drive including an operators manual, parts manual, maintenance planner, and any relevant safety and operational video's. This "extra step" is just one example of "Plasterer Care" and it has been a resounding success with our customers since implemented.

Of course, we don't stop there; after all we just formed a partnership with you, our customer. As much as we would like your fleet to be "all Deere" we know it is not always possible. We would be happy to explore the possibility of seamlessly integrating your JDLink data into your business system. Benefits of this integration may include the elimination of manual processes and man saving hours. A certified Plasterer technician will 'contact" your machine before being dispatched and perform a remote diagnostic check.
